ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We will gladly accept any defective items.

If an incorrect item (i.e, size or color differs from what was ordered) is shipped in error, please email customerservice@serafic.com within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after 7 days will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of the company. 

All products must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Shipping cost are non refundable.
